Client data held on file
I take the utmost care when storing and handling your data which is provided to me in order to complete my photography services. All personal data is provided at your own discretion and risk but please be rest assured that I will store it safely and dispose of it promptly and safely when necessary.
I hold the following client data;
Names
Addresses (including email addresses)
Phone numbers
Any information provided to me in a booking form via Google forms is password protected and only stored for 1 year.
Any information provided to me in physical form, in a handwritten booking form (typically for a mini photoshoot at an external event) is securely stored at my home address and disposed of securely and safely once communication has been established and monies paid.
Client Galleries
As part of my photography services and per pre agreement, clients receive a personalised gallery to view and download their photos. These galleries are hosted externally by Pixieset. Pixieset’s privacy policy can be viewed here - https://pixieset.com/privacy/
All clients will be given a password in order to access their gallery which they are encouraged to keep private and share at their own risk. For group events such as Christenings, parties etc the gallery link and password is only shared with the client who booked my photography services and therefore whom my contract is with. When visiting a client gallery on Pixieset all visitors will be required to enter an email address which will allow them to create favourites lists, download and share images and order digital downloads of photos too. Your personal data (email address) will be stored within Pixieset’s system, on their servers and will be used to email you only with information relevant to the client gallery you have accessed.
Only I will have access to your personal data (email address) stored on Pixieset’s system on behalf of Bloom, Blossom and Blush Photography. It will only be used as detailed above, will not be used for any other marketing purposes and will not be passed onto any third parties. Pixieset’s technical support team will have the means to access to your personal data (email address) but will never access or share this data other than by request from Bloom, Blossom and Blush Photography. If you wish to request for your personal data (email address) to be deleted from Pixieset’s servers, please email bloomblossomandblush@gmail.com.
Client Galleries used for Groups and Events
As part of my photography work I often attend local baby and toddler groups capturing photos during the sessions. Any photos taken during these sessions are then provided to those in attendance using Pixieset giving each event or session its own password protected gallery. Gallery links and passwords are then delivered to those whom were in attendance via the business or franchise owner of the group in order to comply with GDPR and data sharing so I do not have access to any persons personal dat (email address) without their knowledge or consent. In situations whereby the by the business or franchise owner has been given prior consent from attendees to share their personal data (email address) with myself as a third party I will email the gallery link and password to attendees directly. The personal data (email address) will then be deleted once the gallery has been delivered.
All attendees who receive the group gallery link and password and asked not to share this with anyone else. All attendees are made aware on the day of my attendance at their group os this process and verbal consent is given to me before any photos are taken of them or their child/ren.
When visiting a client gallery on Pixieset all visitors will be required to enter an email address which will allow them to create favourites lists, download and share images and order digital downloads of photos too. This also allows me to monitor the number of people viewing a gallery to make sure the number of visitors is in line with the number of attendees at the group whose galley it is. Galleries can be liked and password changes by myself at any time if deemed necessary. Your personal data (email address) will be stored within Pixieset’s system, on their servers and will be used to email you only with information relevant to the client gallery you have accessed.
